I am an Assistant Professor of Experimental Psychology at Indiana State University. I attended Ball State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. In 2026, I completed my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from West Virginia University.

My research sits at the intersection of social and organizational psychology and draws heavily on insights from feminist and critical theory. I examine how systems of inequality become embedded in institutions and organizations through informal rules, the norms that get enforced, and the material and structural design and how these processes shape the lived experiences of marginalized individuals.

Much of my current work focuses on gender-based workplace dynamics, including masculinity contest cultures, workplace harassment, and how the role of infrastructural design in shaping health and well-being outcomes, particularly menstrual health experiences.
